Moving Meditation from the Shaolin Temple of Zen 

Amituofo, Watching these video's and other of Shaolin Temple masters I can only say I think I was born in the wrong country. Many years ago a girlfriend said to me after I said "I love the Shaolin, and always wanted to go there." She ask me why I didn't go or what's stopping you. I never gave an answer and I guess it was fear of rejection that possibly stems from the movies I'd watch were outsiders would want to join, and get rejected. Now after much thought I may say, "I'm a reincarnated Monk." which stems from the whole Dali lama tradition. I have said well it would of been nice if Monks showed up at our door instead of the Jehovah's! Much respect! Amituofo /bow

Wow is that really you Shifu Yan Lei? Almost don’t recognise you. Im so happy to see you this way! I remember first time i saw you i believe it was in beautiful yellow and blue suit! Anyway i see you this way right now seem to have recover so much focus and serinity. Its like seeing ones’ lifejourney: a soul going through life having a sober path from very young age, thus knowing discipline, power and higher values; Than becomes a teacher for himself, having dug his own path, teaching students, (maybe) find wife, have a little luxury, becomes little bit distracted and lazy, than really wakes up and returns home, to his practice, his health, focus, serenity and wisdom. This might be a little bit of speculation and perhaps even projection (because i recognise myself in it!) but its kind of the story that comes to mind having been aware of you/thus half-consciously observed you through life. It’s so beautiful! I am very very happy because this is what it looks like to me - a man having been on the path and a little bit off, than returns to “the path”, but after all - ALL OF IT was the path(!). The path of learning. Much respect and simply keep going the way you are!! You look much better than some time before, however little bit skinny in Comparison. Maybe its combination of newer and older footage. Being skinny is not necessarily very bad thing though. Just keep doing your practice, stay focused, stay free from worries and follow the flow of life and discipline.
