Courtney asks the question, "Are we crazy?" at the end of the video. My answer is: You both are both very very crazy and very very sane - at the same time. Nice looking shed, Now you need to make a covered walkway from the Garage to the Shed.
Your "privacy' moment reminded me of a friend who went camping with a bunch of people. Including her mother. Middle of the night she had to go to the bathroom. Snuck out, and because she didn't want to get her clothes wet, she used a flashlight to see what she was doing. When she got back, everyone was laughing their butts off at her because she had been shining the light in an unknowingly very illuminating way!
That tug and wheel set up was very cool for moving the shed. Beats hooking a tractor to it with a chain and dragging it like we have done when we moved a shed we had in the past.
Given your snow volume and the mud potential when it all melts, I would suggest raising it up at least 2 feet off the ground via at least cinderblock piles in the short run until you can do a permanent foundation in the spring.
OM Goodness!!! Yes, Y'all are Crazy!!! And The Insanity of it all is We're All So Happy for Y'all for including Us in Your Life-Adventures. Thank You for all your hard work, for sharing your lives with us, and for keeping up the Great Spirits During All Your trials. You Guys are Awesome!!! Peace.
Courtney, if living your dream is crazy, than sign me up!!! Lol That again anything is possible, with the right mind set and the right tools for the job. You guys are an inspiration to others, to follow their dreams and passion. That anything is possible with a little hard work, a dream and the passion to follow it through the ups and downs. Thank you
Can’t believe I stumbled across your channel and this video. Saw a short clip of this adventure on Jason’s Facebook page days back, but was great to see a full video. Love your attitudes and have happily subscribed!!
So my jaw dropped when I saw what you were going to try and do. And in the middle of winter, with all that snow. Oh my what a great job you all did. Now all you have to do is (as some one has already said) is build a covered walkway or better still covered driveway from the workshop to the shed. I am in awe of what you have both achieved in still less than a year. You will have to do a year round up to show at your anniversary to show just how productive you have been and what can be achieved in 1 year. As always thanks for posting
Great job, just remember things go at 1/2 speed or slower in the snow. Don't be too anxious! Relax... All you need: Warm fire Warm jacket Good dog Good friend (s)
"Are we Crazy.... Awesome crazy!! So happy you guys are getting more and more of your life plans in place!! Loved the video!! Can't wait for the next!!
Gotta love people with skills! Your's and theirs! Nicely done! Courtney, you are more skilled than most men today. You go girl ! ! ! People in the cities have no idea what great things happen in the country.
Just watched your shed delivered brilliant, your not mad because you get all ambitions done with ease ,may I congratulate you both and the people that deliver your adventures with you .thanks for your brilliant vid nigel 🇬🇧
Wowsa Kazaam! How have we all lived our lives without one of THOSE... a remote control hauler thingies? The shed is stunning! Y'all meet the neatest people in your journey. The craftsmanship on the "shed" is highly engineered.
It amazes me the equipment they use to move and set up a shed and i love watching those vids, this one was the most challenging i have seen. Good team work guys, I am loving the shed, we all have a little crazy in our lives, you two just happen to show it to the world....lol. Another great video thanks for taking us along. C U on the next one.
You are NOT crazy! You dare to dream, you focus on achieving those dreams, you plan yet you do not become slaves to the plan. Then you flexibly deploy and overcome obstacles as they occur. Fantastic adventure. Bravo!
This is, by far, some of the the most amazing "whiz-bang" use of technology I've seen in a long time! The robot crawler is amazing in its design and ability! I'm so glad that you were able to get that awesome shed delivered during winter. Are you crazy?... Of course you are!... But if it's crazy and it works, is it really crazy?... In the case of you guys it's still crazy, that's why we all look forward to your videos! Keep up the great work!
Amazing delivery dude! And to think in the UK our new washing machine was left on the curb with my 8-month pregnant wife whilst I was at work because [they were] ‘only insured for curb-side delivery!’ This guy is a hero!! 👍🏻👍🏻 (Love the channel and enjoying catching up with your story!) AMAZING!!
A year ago, February 2021, we here in Texas experienced some cold weather and a bit of snow. Yes, it just about shut us down. If we ever got anything like you are getting, I would move a little further south. The best to you.
This video was really fun to watch! I appreciate Kauffman Builders for reaching out you guys and gave what you needed now. I am not sure how you heat up the bedroom, but if none, a couple of hot water bottle will make huge difference. Stay warm guys. thanks for great videos!
What a gorgeous shed...hats off to the Kaufmanns...and props to their delivery guy...you can tell hes done that a couple times b4...haha...nice work Jason
Hello, let me tell you that it always peaks my interest when anyone mentions North Idaho. I was raised just outside of Naples (9B) which our house was just of HW95 headed to Bonners Ferry ! I loved it up there. Of course I noticed a 7B on the army truck and a 9B on the white truck ! I hope where ever you are you are enjoying the beauty and people ! I enjoy your channel very much ! Keep up the great work
Well done to the Kauffmans and you two of course! That "shed" will certainly help. The plan is coming together and I love it when a plan comes together for the A-Team!
Kauffman builders - Eureka Montana! great guys to deal with for anyone looking at sheds in the area. You guys make me want to start another build project!!
That little remote forklift and dollies combo is amazing. Definitely with you on that, Reilly. And having someone who knows how to get the most out of the equipment is no small matter as well. "Crazy like a fox", Courtney.
Wow, love that shed! What a great adventure you guys are on. God willing our house will sell then heading from NZ to Salt Spring island, then I want to build so taking LOTS of inspiration from you guys.. just wish I was your age but age shouldn’t stop anyone dreaming
Great video. Great vendor.to help you. The shed is definitely quality built. Similar to mine. Great delivery which I have never seen cable by local shed builders here on Cape Cod or the Boston area.🇺🇸👍
Congratulations 👏 I'm really happy it worked so well for you, That was fun to watch! Imagine how much fun your kids are going to have making that their playhouse?
as a guy, who dreamt about building robots,, and studied mechatronics, I am so impressed about that remote control thing, never thought about application like that!
