I do not use icy hot, I had two shoulder surgeries and my physical therapists always said don’t use that and use bio freeze. That is amazing and I live by that! They have a gel and a roller which is really nice!

I love the music in the video! It would be tough packing for 2 months. Good idea to bring snacks home. I would forget them, and be sad I did not brjng snacks home. You did great folding the fitted sheet. I have only accidently folded it into a square. I hope you have a great time at home!

I'm so sad for you! But, hopefully you have all sorts of things planned for Christmas break. I wish I could show you how to fold a fitted sheet...I went to school for esthetics years ago & I was determined to learn & now I even fold all my sheets if I'm putting them right back on my bed. I know, I know....a bit OCD here, because I like having the fold creases.

omg thats so weird they had you unmake your bed, at ohio state they said the only thing we had to do was to make sure nothing was on the floor like loose articles of food or clothing. (also dispose of our personal food in any fridges, disconnect wires, etc.)

I had that problem with Icy Hot before too. When it happens to me its because I am moving around a lot and the bloods really flowing so it get hot and then the icy hot its unbearable
