moving abroad is a BIG adjustment and can be really overwhelming, no matter how many times you’ve done it before (i can say from experience)!! give yourself some grace - even with the ups & downs, you’re doing great! thanks so much for taking the time to share your adventures. looking forward to more videos 💓

Loved watching this first part of your journey!! You captured the travel portion so well, from the flights to the airport highlights haha. Also totally agree with the sleeping in depression haha so odd. But can’t wait to see more!

I live abroad and same thing that was my first time away from family and home and they kept telling me you get something called culture shock after a while you get into a routine and it wears off have fun

Luckily I haven't really had to deal with culture shock since 1. I'm pretty familiar with ~scottish~ culture from living it second hand through my friends for years and 2. having visited for 2 weeks before! It has definitely been hard being away from my family though :(
