Cette nuit-là, nous sommes montés jusqu'à l'endroit où les lumières n'étaient qu'un minuscule point dans l'immensité de ces montagnes sombres, les Great Smokies. Les étoiles là-haut sont follement brillantes et innombrables contre les ténèbres éternelles. Nous avons courtisé, marié et aimé pendant 60 ans. Ensuite, j'ai dû monter là-haut pour la reposer.
