Been busy moving this week! A quick room tour included. Also featuring a couple of very cute neighbors. Moving to ANU Graduate House... from ANU Graduate House.
ANU Graduate House is I think one of the best on-campus accommodations. Very quiet in general. No parties. Only Master and PhD students, plus a few possums, are allowed.

I will never forget the fire alarms in the most peculiar times when I stayed at Bruce Hall 😂 I can feel your pain... BTW liked the new room 👍

Is it a very communal environment? Is there socialisation and common areas?

Yes! There's a Common Room that's open to everyone. It's equipped with a grand piano, a pool table, a ping pong table, couches and TV. We have social events here and there and because Canberra is Covid free we can actually gather in person. GH is a unique place where if you are an introvert you can choose to live in peace and talk to no one. And it's not too dull for those who want a more eventful life. Also lots of diversity around here. GH is about 90% international students from several countries from what I've observed.
