Chad, I appreciate your video's fairness. Having lived here almost 20 years, I think you've presented the facts on the ground in Harmony honestly. FYI, we were also told in 2004 that Publix would "soon" be building a store in Harmony. Although there is a Publix 7.5 miles down the road, driving 10 minutes for a loaf of bread or a gallon of milk or fresh veggies is indeed a hassle. Please reply with a link to whatever your source is on the latest impending Publix move to Harmony. Thanks!

I know that a Publix has been a long-time rumor/goal, but this does appear to be a real and actual step in the right direction. My son and family live there and it's beautiful! The children have so many friends in the HOA and the amenities are amazing. The schools are incredible! I really enjoyed vacationing there. The grandkids belong to a giant bike group that rides thru the development. It's humorous and reminds me of the movie ET! Lol! The only drawback is the lack of stores and restaurants close. It is a lovely community and one of the hottest places to be in right now!
I almost moved there but didn’t like the cdd fees. Only place that has as much green space is Hunter Creek. Shingle creek trail inside HC. Love harmony great hidden gem.
You relate nice to rich which is sad.. I hope you find that there are nice places where you don’t have to lose a leg. Also, be a leader in your community to make it clean and better
@@douglaslang2218 I did not just mean that this was an expensive neighborhood, but that the concept of a town that enough people are considering moving to that it warrants a video was completely foreign to me. Honestly, the idea of moving across the country or even across the state is hard for me to wrap my head around. It's like you said, any community can be nice with a little work. This was a well made, informative video and I hope it reaches the target audience.
