one of the biggest problems with buying real estate in Henderson is , the development is decades from being completed . most of it phase 1 or 2 . so you will have builders everywhere .
I moved to Henderson back in October of 2021; I signed up to be an UBERS EAT driver/food deliverer; My sister and her husband who has had a house here since 2018...I know way more places and regions of Nevada than those two do (lol).

@@LasvegasrealestateOrg Currently, I am paying $3100 for a three bedroom apartment in San Diego. My wife is a school psychologist and together we make around $130k per year. Even at that income we are getting priced out. Just wondering if the we would have an easier time financially in Vegas.
@@streetdocuments4452 Yes, ZERO state income tax, low property tax, cost of housing is normally 30-50% less than CA areas. 30%+ of new home owners are Californias escaping the high cost of living. They are financially exhaused and need a place to catch their breath. Califonias do well here because they are so use to being constanly on the go in CA trying to keep up financially.
