I'm so used to "card only" in America that every time I see you using cash in Ghana and Japan, I'm like, "They accept / use cash?!" And I get happy about it, cause I strongly prefer cash. Then I'm disappointed, cause I'm not the one in those countries. I'm still in USA. Where so many places, "card only" at times or on certain registers, even if they still accept cash.
