Really enjoyed your video.... currently I'm located in Silicon Valley and then you can imagine the rates here are pretty expensive. The company that I am now employed by is moving to Napa. And they've asked a few of us we would like to go with them, and I'm all in for it I only have one problem. Trying to find one-bedroom home or apartment. Can't really put too much out-of-pocket but looking in the range what about $1,500 if you know of any please contact me I would greatly appreciate it. And again great show up on your video it really did help me.
Congrats on your impending move. Napa is a great place to live. You can find an apartment for $1500 but you'll have to search for a deal. Most One bedroom places are around $1800-2000. But I have friends that have found places downtown for around that price. My Two Bedroom at the Braydon is $2200....But we got a great deal on it.
Awesome video, thank you! Out of Napa, Tahoe, Monterey and Santa Barbara, which one would you prefer and why? I love Napa, but I'd like to have a lake/seashore really close by (like within 30 min. drive max).
Napa is about an hour from the ocean front. We do have the Napa river that snakes through the valley and we have lake Hennessy and Lake Berryessa nearbye
How bad are the fires? The fire season is year round now in California with global warming, and the fires are more intense every year. Napa County has been hit especially hard.
Global warming huh......more like bad forest management by a terrible governor and an out of control utility company that refuses to responsibly maintenance the power lines and transformers that are 50 years or more old.

Grew up there. Wanna move to the Napa Valley?? Don’t, unless you work in the wine industry… The End 👏 Being “much more affordable than San Francisco” isn’t saying much 🤣
