I had to laugh when you mentioned about the people not liking the mobile homes near the community they were interested in. In Maine, this is normal. You'll have a road with gorgeous homes and right next to them will be an old house in disrepair or a mobile, sometimes in good shape, and some quite old and not looking so great. Thought Maine was the only state with this sort of mix. Living here, you get used to going past some homes that have a lot of junk outside, and some that are immaculate, sometimes next to each other.
Yep that’s how it is here in the more rural or smaller towns. Coming from Ca that was a shock for me as we only saw mobile homes in actual mobile home parks only.
