My husband and I bought new construction we been in our house now for 10 months it was the best decision ever! It was not as stressful as trying to find a pre built pre lived house. I definitely felt the “im the only one that done sat on this toilet “… the only stressful part is waiting on the house to be completed.. congrats to you guys

Buy a home in every city you guys are stationed in. When you go to the next duty station, rent it out using a reputable property management company. There are military couples who have 5+ paid off homes when they retire using that method.

Congratulations!!! It’s definitely a stressful process when moving to an area you don’t know due to the military. As realtors though, it’s against FHL to sway a client towards a certain neighborhood or say which neighborhoods are safe and which schools are best. We can only provide you with the websites to do the research on your own. I understand how irritating that is though- I didn’t know that at our first station but now I get it!
