Such a Beautiful Way of looking at things! We can all learn from your attitude! It's so hard to deal with disappointment, let alone when someone deliberately does something to us that is so Unjust! But you are very right we can't let Circumstances break our Peace. We can't control what others do, but we CAN Control our REACTION to what they do! I'm 73 & still learning how to do this! But after a long illness I realized I can't let outside influences Steal My Peace! Of THAT I have a Choice! And I refuse to Let My Peace be Stolen, any more! Однажды Вы улыбнетесь, анализируя эту ситуацию, и поймёте, что оказались в гораздо лучших условиях. Не грустите! Когда перед Вами закрывают дверь, не нужно пытаться её открыть. That was a scuzzy thing that landlord did. But I think karma will take care of this for you, don't worry on this. He may have seen how good your videos are and tried to profit off it. Have had this happen to me many times in the UK and it is always a such disruption. Where I am from originally, most apartment buildings are wholly-owned by a single professional landlord, so losing your tenancy usually only occurs if you have done something wrong. Since I moved to the UK, I have experienced "no-fault notices" to move, on average, every three years as most flats are owned by individuals and their personal financial circumstances can mean they need to sell up. Now that I am retired , I have moved into what is termed "social housing" which is run by a professional housing association and have a "secure tenancy" lease. This means I won't have to move again unless I so desire (or become totally unruly at 70+ years of age ;-)

추 후에는 현 계약 끝나지 않아도 연장하실 때는 계약서 꼭 수정하시거나 서면으로 받아놓으세요. 그것만으로도 연장 될 수 있고, 주인이 말 바꾼다면 대응할 수 있어요 😢

Te hablo desde la experiencia. Además, el arrendador de la casa de la que te marchas, parece ser una persona muy tóxica, como decimos aquí. Y a esas personas conviene tenerlas lo más lejos posible, porque sólo atraen mala energía. Verás como te alegrarás del cambio de casa❤❤❤

I’m in a similar situation. Not exactly but very similar. Greedy evil landlord harassing me, and forcing me to move out. They see the potential to charge a new tenant $500 more a month. It’s been extremely stressful. I need to get it together, find a place and start organizing. Trying to stay positive. Something better is to come. I’ve been here 6 years. Good luck to you

Il y a toujours une raison pour ce qui nous arrive dans la vie. Vous verrez plus tard que ce déménagement aura été bénéfique ; pour l’instant il faut gérer dans l’urgence ! Je comprends votre amertume et votre propriétaire est pas sympa ; ici on loue pour un bail d’un ou 3 ans et on a à la fin du contrat 3 mois pour changer d’avis. Ce qui laisse un peu de temps pour déménager. Je vous soutiens dans votre nouvelle vie que je vous souhaite encore plus belle ❤Amitiés de France

When you said one of the hardest moments in life will be do to people, I truly felt it. I was supposed to see my niece after three years of not seeing her but my ex brother-in-law did not allow it. My heart is broken these days 💔. My sister passed away five years ago and her husband’s mask fell, he is a person I don’t recognize. He is extremely cruel and arrogant and doesn’t allow me to see my niece. My baby boy was stillborn and I will never be able to have more children and this is really hard. But I have to accept that my niece is not my child and I have to go on with my life. I have to try to be happy with my husband and the people around me. My sister from heaven would understand. When my niece grows up she will make the decision to look for me if she remembers how much I love her. 💔💔💔

Viví en ese piso durante unos largos y duros dieciséis años; crié a mis tres hijos y al final me compré un terreno y edificamos mi marido y yo una casa, con nuestras propias manos. Ahora soy muy feliz en el campo rodeada de árboles y pájaros, aunque mi marido falleció. También a mí me trató mal mi arrendadora y acabé mal con ella, son situaciones que te marcan, heridas de guerra que duelen porque no has hecho nada para merecerlo. Te mando todo mi cariño desde muy lejos ❤

In Canada, the landlord has to give sixty days notice and be moving in to the place. If they’re caught lying and renting for more money they face a big fine. Lots of tenants here stop paying rent because it takes a year to kick them out through the landlord and tenant board. So even if they had notice some landlords have to pay the tenant thousands of dollars to get them to leave. Your landlord wouldn’t get away with this nastiness here. He’s lucky to have a tenant that kept the place so spotless. Many here wreck the place to get revenge. Or just because.
