Mowing a Overgrown Yard in a DANGEROUS AREA, SHOCKED I FOUND This HIDING on the PROPERTY

I was riding through a dangerous neighborhood and noticed this Overgrown Yard which looked like a forest! I approached the front door and knocked on it, I noticed there were several holes in the roof, windows broken and there was a nasty smell coming out of the house. I thought I heard some noises in the house. I decided to head to the back of the house and knock on the back door and noticed it was already open with an awful smell coming out! I decided to go ahead and mow the Overgrown property and while I was mowing I was confronted by a Neighbor who stopped to see what I was doing. He asked if he could help and I'm glad he did! As we continued to mow the overgrown yard, it started raining and once we finished we walked around the back of the property and someone came running out of the house and ran towards the back of the woods. It makes you wonder if we stumbled upon some sort of crime scene?

Love watching these videos relaxing. I could be wrong but I'm sure that smell so strong with chemical could mean drug making smell alone toxic I knew someone long ago who did. They should contact police to be sure for people around could be harmed.

Great transformation Eric on this video. Thanks for your handwork, editing and producing of it for us viewers. Nice Brandon helped on this one as you usually bring your sons or a friend. But you did a terrific job! And apparently an on-air personality on RU-vid. We city folks here in Chicago board up our vacant properties so we don’t have squatters. Here in Illinois, if a squatter lives in a vacant building for a certain time period, they can claim rights to the property. Especially, if the owner doesn’t secure doors n windows or attempt to force them out. It’s called “Averse Possession.” The owner doesn’t have to worry here because the squatter(s) aren’t paying the property taxes and as you proved…not taking care of the property😂.

First off love the logo. That mulcher takes no prisoners, what an awesome machine and a great addition to your arsenal. I was thinking maybe that chemical smell could be someone cooking up some drugs. What a great out of the way place if you wanted do your own Breaking Bad activities without interfering neighbors. How cool that Brandon came over and lent a hand. Great timing on your part now that spring is here, removing all that brush will make the property more visible and less attractive to unwelcome tenants and trespassers.

Always a bit scary thinking someone might be in there. Then actually seeing them run out. I hadva break in once in my home. They were still there. Called cops. Gave license plate and van description. They came late, never caught thiefs. Scary.
