This lawn got me with a NASTY SURPRISED. I thought I was mowing this OVERGROWN yard for a SQUATTER
At first I thought this homeowner was a squatter. when I first saw him he kept using his garage door to get in and out of the house. But i noticed that his main door was broken. After speaking to the neighbor it turned out that after his grandma passed she gave him this house. This home owner actually graduated on college and had a degrees. I'm not sure what happened and how he ended up on this situation. But when I was done he was very thankful. Seems like a good man. Maybe all he needed was a jumpstart to get him back in tracks. Hopefully he bounces back very soon.
