This dude is "annoyed" by his neighbor's tall grass so his solution is to scalp it, throw clumps of grass everywhere, and then leave over 1/2 of it uncut. Brilliant!
We grown men take pride in our lawns. Its like having that show car which you like to keep clean. Nature takes time to get it to how you want it, just like bonsai.
Recently I offered a free mowing to my neighbor via e-mail. I received a response declining the offer and mowed it themselves the next day. No need to start a turf war.

I would respond to your gibberish with - nope. If he ran out of gas, with the small amount he mowed, that mower would have to have been already running on fumes when he started. = Idiot. It holds a lot more gas than what he mowed with here. If he did somehow figure out how to refuel then continue mowing but 'forgot' to turn the camera back on... That's doubtful. Gordon Waterman I think he did great job. (Better than his neighbors mow their lawn.) The grass may look very uneven because it was so overgrown before he cut it.
If my neighbours lawn has no weeds I don't care if he let's it grow six feet tall but when I've tried and spent time and money to have a weed free lawn and a neighbour has mainly weeds growing to the point they drop their seeds and the weeds start to merge into my property I feel really disrespected. Lol I know I might seem crazy but after all the time and money I put in to having and keeping a nice lawn dudes that don't keep their shit mowed seem sub human. Lol Peaceout! 😂✌️
