Houses like this are in areas where you aren't allowed to let your lawn get overgrown like this or you risk civil penalties. Not every home is part of an HOA, but most homes in the suburbs and cities have city ordinances they have to still follow.
Haha for real So you just trespass illegally on their property? Let’s just violate the law and make an example for others to follow that can end up getting people arrested or killed. You’re either a liar-you actually spoke with the owners, or you’re purposely trying to make people do illegal Stuff and make yourself look like your some sort of benevolent human. Either way you shouldn’t encourage people to trespass and conduct illegal activity
The neighbor boy was so polite, which shows his parents are doing a great job! Just a few minutes of your time made all the difference on the front yard. 👏🏻🙏🏻👏🏻🙏🏻
To all who question why he does this, as if a homeowner actually wants an overgrown yard, he knocks on the door & if no one answers he knocks on the neighbors door to see if house is abandoned. Kevin you provide a much needed service, don't ever pay attention to the negative nellies questioning why you do what you do! You are a God send & persons in Tulsa are lucky to have you, keep up the good work!!
@@kittymcmeowmeow1 it was Kevin, from Lawn Care Juggernaut fom oK,he worked with AL on anabanded house in FL, he also has another channel called the Boring Channel
Looks great! After covid hit and I lost my sister last August, I was very depressed. 6 deaths between Feb 2019 and Sept 2021 really took their toll. My yard was a mess. My dream house was a mess. And that just made everything worse. Thank God, there are people like you who step up and help others. My help came from an 11 year old who came over on weekends to help me with my "projects".
So sorry for your losses. 11 y/o girls make the best help. Can't get them to do a thing around their own house but in someone elses it is just fun. lol
@@dejavu666wampas9 You don't see that very often these days. I remember once capturing a dog that had left someone's yard but I wasn't 100% sure it was a certain neighbor's dog. I rang the bell...no answer. I went to their back yard and their kid and a friend was back there and I said "This dog got out and was running around. Is this your dog?" And the girl, probably around the same age, just stared blankly. I said it like 3-4 times before she managed to nod and I let him loose in the yard and closed the gate behind me. The mother was in the house blabbing on a cell phone apparently. I rarely see her without being absorbed in something like that. No wonder the kid has been harmed to not be able to communicate with neighbors.....
I've said it before, the world needs more people like you. I've watched you for a long time, and I'm still impressed by what you are doing. Thank you and may God bless you and your family. Yes I realize this is an older video.
Cause usually it's just him just doing work with no commentary. His other channel he has more audio. But yes, his channel is awesome and he's a genuine dude from what I can tell.
Neighbors should be happy with the cleanup. You are a blessing to not only the property owner but to the people who live next to the overgrown property.
My allergies started acting up just watching all that dust from the lawn coming out the mower. Good on you and I hope you don't have as bad allergies as I do
THANKS for MOWING this OVERGROWN CITY VIOLATION LAWN at NO CHARGE. You are a GREAT GUY for DOING something SO SELFLESS. I HOPE that you CONTINUE to MOW lawns for OTHER PEOPLE as well!
You have amazing equipment! One of those companies needs to sponsor you for sure! Especially because of the heartfelt blessings you bestow on those less fortunate!
Since this was a deserted home, you didn't help an occupant but you definitely help all the neighbors and I am sure they appreciated your work. As usual your did a great job.
Haha I read your very first sentence there and immediately thought this was about to be a negative comment and finished reading the comment and realized it was actually a rather kind comment haha people are so negative these days so I immediately thought it was going there. I apologize and I hope you have a great day 🤗
I really enjoy watching your shows, especially when you do the ones that are overgrown. You make the show very interesting with your comments and information on the machines you use, and things that people should watch out for when cutting these lawns, you are a good teacher. Keep up the good work.
Nobody knows anyone else's story, be kind and mindful! Kudos to you once again for repeating this! Keep paying it forward young man....smashing result! God bless you 🙏
"Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for thereby some have entertained angels unawares." (Hebrews 13:2) You do that regularly. You are one of the kindest men I know of, and definitely one of the hardest working! Keep up the good work and keep inspiring us.

@@modernmind74His point is that it irritates you so much that other people believe in a different God than you that you feel the need to berate them 😂 hope your still not doing this a year later
This video randomly came up on my feed; you are an absolutely amazing human being. The time and energy you took to make that yard look amazing should be applauded; your paying clients are lucky to have someone of such high character!
You are truly a master artist and these overgrown yards are your canvas. Thank you for showing that people can still be kind and not expect anything in return. I applaud you kind Sir for all that you do! Keep on mowing!! 👏👏👏
I just love watching your videos. I love seeing them go from so messy looking to so Beautiful. Your are such a hard worker and such a good man to help the people.
Since I started watching your channel several others have come on my feed but I honestly think you are better and you don't need a edger because you are the boss with your weedeater I am 70 and still do my little yard lol
I don't know why, but watching lawn care clean up videos on RU-vid, mostly from you and Al Bladez, is extremely addictive and satisfying. It makes me want to help people more too.
I love your channel and your giving nature. I do get sad, however, when you clear the jungle and there’s a pretty garden that someone obviously cared about.
I completely agree with that. I do my best to knock down plants that were intentionally grown. I identify what is dead or needs pruned and go from there. Some plants come back annually so I'm not worried about cutting them back.
You are tired and hot. And don't need. Lazy people leaving hidden. Surprises under ALL ! THATOVER-GROWTH!!! YOU NEED A FEW DAYS OFF TO GET. YOURSELF IN. TIP- TOP SHAPE. AGAIN!!! SLOW AND EASY. FOR A FEW DAYS!!👍👍👍👍👍👍😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊✝️✝️✝️
It's people like you who brings a Balance to this World! Thank you Brother for sharing your Awesomeness with us All! May the Almighty continue to be the light of your life Always!😁
Great job! It was like a jungle beforehand!!!!!!!!! I appreciate what you are doing! My brother had stage 4 cancer and survived it after a long struggle. God bless you!!!!!!!!!!!!
Mine wants to stall when I flip it upside down. It's not a cheapo either. It's a nice Honda. My Grampa paid over $500 for it. If I keep giving it throttle it'll stay runnin but if I let it idle it wants to stall. Wonder if I need to adjust the carb? Getting too much fuel?
@@butters_147 Stalling when tipped could mean your fuel line inside the fuel tank came disconnected from the weight that pulls the fuel line to the lowest part of the fuel tank. Easy fix, if that’s all it is. 👍
@@bigredgreg1 thanks man. I really appreciate the advice. I've yet to get it on the bench to have a look but winter is coming (I live in Canada) so when I change the oil and put it away for winter, I'll have a look. Thanks again. 👍
I'm trying to see where the grass is. It seems this entire front lawn was devoured by weeds. You do such a great job beautifying neighborhoods. It's so nice to see people doing for others with love in their hearts.
I really like that you take up the excess and haul it off . I’ve watched a few people do a great job on the lawns do the lead lowing etc but they don’t haul it off!
I would like you to talk briefly about your new machinery. Unless I missed that episode, it looks like you added a couple of new pieces of gear to your arsenal. Keep up the good work and don't let the negative stuff get you down.
That yard looks so much better. Thank you for the neighborhood. I love watching you knock down these properties, especially the really overgrown ones. Have a wonderful day. May God bless you for helping people. I watch both of your channels. And the pressure washing also. Watching from Maine.
Great job on that front lawn Kevin! I like it when you stop to explain why you are doing what you are doing. Yes, there is strategy involved in mowing a lawn! Thanks.
As I was enjoying your video a thought came to my mind (oh no, I was thinking again LOL). With your generosity and kind giving heart by doing these yards. When people see yards that have been taken care they think someone lives in these homes and are less likely to break into them and become squatters or destroy the homes. So doing what you do is such a wonderful thing not only the home to look good but also a good thing for the neighborhood to less likely to get less break ins and squatters. Thank you for another amazing and awesome video.
How cool that you not only raise the energy for the homeowners, but also anyone who lives around, or frequents that area. Such positivity! You walk the walk. The world needs more people like you! 💜💜💜
I have to tell you how much I enjoy watching and listening to you. It's great to see a man who cares about others and takes pride in his work. Thank you so much, God bless you and your family
Love this channel Kevin and seeing your big 'ole heart at work. This turned out super great & was fun seeing you interact with the very polite boy and his dog. Continued blessings! 👏👍💯💯👍👏
I look at this video thinking I’d find some weird lawn mowing asmr. Over halfway in the video watching you with the weed whacker and the memories just leave me devistated wishing I could go back to this. I haven’t been able to do lawn care over the last 2 and a half years after being made homeless with my father. I watch this and I honestly miss just whacking the grass on an overheated day. It’s crazy seeing what you’ll miss at the lowest points of life. This was a nice video to see that I didn’t know I’d want to watch all the way through
Here I am sitting in my garage on a beautiful Saturday and I seriously just watched this entire video. It’s therapeutic and satisfying lol! The world needs more people like you.
Thanks for taking the time to explain everything so well on this video, Kevin! Love the transformation, and I have to say you're my favorite lawncare person on YT... most people don't clear all the weeds in the sidewalk like you do, so you're my standard when I watch transformation videos!
It would be kind of sad to see a property you once kept up to be in such a bad state. I’m glad you clarified that this wasn’t a customer of yours. It must have been mowed or kept up at one time, so I wonder where all the rocks came from? It was good to watch! A BIG change from when you started. 🤗
The young man with the cute dog seemed like a nice person. I also have a ton of respect for you for doing these free cuts. I can relate to these homeowners - when I was sick, and only had a push (reel) lawn mower, I know how much I appreciated having a neighbor offer to cut the lawn. So, thank you for what you do, from someone who has been there and needed the help.
I love watching your videos! They are always entertaining. You do such good work and your thoughtfulness to the community is so appreciated. Your smile alone makes my day!
The world needs more kindness, makes me happy to see someone helping others. Even if the house is abandoned, cleaning up the yard is a benefit to the neighbors.
Nice cleanup! You go above and beyond getting trash weeds out of beds, raking (almost need a mini baler) and cleaning up fence line! Nice job thanks for posting your videos!
I love when you also manicure their bushes and trees while you're servicing their lawns. It really makes a massive difference in how the end product shines. Thank you also for educating as you go!
Kevin you are doing a great thing my brother and you remind me of my oldest brother, you just throw caution to the wind and get it done and you very informational. Keep up the good work and God bless you.🙏🏾♥️
Another great job! Paying it forward with a pure heart is always blessed. Your videos restore my faith in humanity and calm my weary mind. Thank you and God bless
You are a Godsend to those that are no longer able to tend their lawns, for whatever reason! But I gotta ask....why did the neighbors not step up?? I do certainly enjoy watching you take care of things with no fanfare, done quickly and efficiently and leaving a very nice job. You always go above and beyond!
"why did the neighbors not step up??" my personal opinion, people thinking its simply a case of "not my property, not my problem." If i knew that my neighbours were moving and the house would remain vacant for however long, I'd definitely mow their lawns when i did mine. its not the fact that its ugly, it also deters thieves and naughty people as if the grass is mowed, someone lives there.
Great job as always. Your a wonderful person. Al Bladez also mentioned you in one of his videos. That is where learned about tall grass. Your the bomb 💣 😍 see you next time.
Nicely done. I don’t have a lawn where I live in the mountains. Just trees and woods. No complaints. You do a fine job and are very honest in your explanations. PeaceY
My toddler has been OBSESSED with your videos since he was 1.5 years old. He is now turning 4 in December and is STILL obsessed. We figured it was a phase, but nope. Still going strong. He has his own set of tools that he plays with alongside watching your videos 😂 Thank you for being my kids hero ❤😂 And thank you for all of your hard work you do especially for folks in need of support and an extra helping hand.
I never thought I would be so entertained by watching a yard clean up, but what you do is a transformation of someone’s home. I can hardly wait to see the end results. Love this channel. Love your passion to help people. 😊
brother I watch you guys sometimes twice..lol so kool I can relate.. I have done that down here for years.. the Lord Jesus blessed me beyond measure..ptl
Channel name could use an update. These lawns are very satisfying to see transformed. To each their own though just glad to see you helping out others.
Being an elder myself, I don't mow anymore, but I do weed eat and garden. So on my walks, I'll help out a careless slob renter which helps out the OWNERS of houses around the renter.
Another great video in the books! Do you get recognize a lot bc you're famous in my eyes! You're making a difference a yard at time. There are many other channels that are doing the same but there's only 1 lawn care juggernaut! Keep up the great work! Much blessings to you and your family.
I have totally been sucked into your videos, both channels, your voice and commentary is soothing, and I love seeing the transformation now that I’m a homeowner
God will reward you with plenty of blessings as what you are doing is such a kindness and lifting people's spirits, you are a man whom God will say well done my son.
Hey, I just wanted to let you know that you have at least one fan in Germany who can watch you mow for hours - it's really relaxing. Amazing how such a rundown property can transform in a few hours.
I’m so impressed when I watch you use the string line trimmer. My word, you make it look easy and it’s not! Good job as usual. Thanks for the inspiration. 👍
You do a great job and I would never have a doubt that you manage your clients so well. I almost get envious. I used to weed eat my lawn years ago and really loved it. Especially the edging. God bless and thank you for your sacrificial heart. I am sure God is pleased.
