On 18th April 2014 in Tchaikovsky Concert Hall (Moscow) Mozart Piano Concerto No.9 (Jeunehomme) "Moscow Virtuosi" Chamber Orchestra Conductor:Vladimir Spivakov Piano:Daniel Kharitonov (15 years old)
Wonderful! Every note crisp and clear. And his naughty smile at the conductor every now and then after a particularly difficult and well played passage seems to suggest: 'you see, I can do this'.
I agree and I think Mozart would be especially happy to hear the cadenza that he improvised. I've never heard/seen a performance when this is done. It's GREAT!
who comes to that, that he has learnt such a superior technique from the french school and this even in Russia??? He has obviously a french technique.. It doesn‘t make sense to me lol… I‘m in love with his playing
@@gonzalovaldivia3835 , I just want to say that Russian school has got many talented performers, so "but" means that it is not unusual to find there many like him. This does not mean, in any way, to diminish Kharitonov great qualities.
The Asians in the supporting orchestra look on with admiration and emulation. Admirable. The European members look on with envy and contempt, not necessarily in that order. Not at all admirable . . .
