Back in 1994, a friend gave me a cassette tape of classical music. None of the songs were marked or labeled. I simply enjoyed the nameless music. But the Allegretto of this piece is the one that haunted me the most. The one I needed to know the name. I dug up the cassette, bought a portable tape player and Shazammed it. Granted the software struggled to name it because of the lofi recording of a cassette tape, but it figured it out. This video is the first time I heard Trio in G major K.564 in crystal clear quality. And this performance was more than what I imagined it was.
