Mozenrath Tribute - Lights Out 

This is a tribute to Mozenrath, who became the ruler of the Black Sands after killing the previous ruler, Destane, who he turned into a Mamluk. Also, despite Mozenrath's young age, his body was physically weak and would die because of his magical gauntlet, which also reduced his right hand to nothing but bone, which is why he attempted to switch bodies with Aladdin in the last episode he appeared in.
