MP-33 Masterpiece INFERNO: EmGo's Transformers Reviews N' Stuff 

For the curious, the G1 episode where Ferno takes Alert in the arms is called "Auto Berserk", and, ironically, that is the episode number 33 =)

I've never been a fan of Inferno's design, but this might be one of the most perfectly engineered toys I've ever seen in terms of his transformation and articulation.

Personally, I like those smooth, sleek legs. This toy is very cartoon-accurate both in its robot mode and vehicle mode - and best of all, it has quite a slim backpack. Definitely a masterpiece.

I really love how smooth it looks, it stands out in a unique way and it's so awesome how accurate it can be

Emgo!!!! Almost a perfect video cept for one thing! You don't have to remove the cannon from his arm when you bring out his hand. The whole cannon can fold up inside his arm without having to remove it :D Also, I'm shore I'll be the thousand'th person to say it, but the biting hose was from Season 2's Prime Target

I definitely like the simplistic cartoon look, the smooth panels to me show more clever engineering of the figure.

I like the direction they're going. Might sound like blasphemy but I would like to see an Optimus Prime in this style. Mp Inferno has one of the best and clean transformations in the line. Mmc had it for me until Takara brought their A game.

Awesome that they made a Masterpiece Phoenix King figure. Really underrated anime. I kid of course. And I'm a little sad I haven't already gotten an Inferno.

Figuring out how to collapse the ladder to fit inside the torso took me a while on my own.

Wow, you are the first one to talk about weapon storage in bot mode. It's one of my personal gripes about MPs in general, why can't they just make a notch for the guns to store in bot mode?? Glad they finally did it (beside MP10.. which was great in that department)

No, that effects part isn't going to get abused immediately.

Still can't get used to the plain cartoon aesthetics, so not regretting getting the Maketoys version at all - Hellfire looks much more interesting/expensive and has die-cast for a lower price.

Given how RU-vid now puts an emphasis on Likes and Comments maybe you should do things that would generate 1000 comments. :) Also great sound quality in your videos. I could hear the card hitting the floor and the metalic ratchet on the feet parts.

And here I thought the diecast was in his feet given the sound they made when transforming him.

Great video! Your masterpiece videos are always my go to for transformations. My Inferno has the same problem with the left arm. 🙁

I like this. Maybe too cartoony but that transformation is clever and looks fun. That engineering. Looks great.

I was watching bobby skullface's review of Inferno and he has the same issue with Infernos arm panel with it not tabbing in securely. He manage to fiddle around with it and got it to close properly I think you might have to do the same

I got my Inferno around christmas time, and I just now noticed something wrong... HIS SIRENS ARE MISSING! Instead, there are just tabs. I'm not upset about this, infact just confused. Mainly because it took me nearly 2 months to notice. Does anyone else have this problem? Is it just me? Or am I an idiot?

i have to come back to this video and reverse engineer it EVERY TIME i try to turn him back into truck form. I find packing everything inside the cab horribly unituitive. I have the same issue with hound's arms while transforming him back into Jeep mode. I have to refer back to your video on him every time as well.

I noticed that both Hellfire and Inferno are only different by MAYBE a few millimetres.

You know guys, since Transformers have the tendency to get remolded and redecoed, with the coming of Masterpiece Cheetor, I hope Takara is making a Masterpiece Tigatron. Cos that will be awesome seeing those two side by side or with Masterpiece Optimus Primal.
