Arion you had a bar in kira municipality at place Called mulawa mall those who come from kira they know the place and the name of your bar was called K9 that was during covid19 lock down when no any bar was open except yours after the president of the Republic of uganda issued an order , your bar continued operating and playing loud music all night long .who gave you the permission to to continue operating after the president issued an order for a total lock down? Wasn't this corruption of some sort? Cos you were not only corrupt but you didn't respect the president's order yet you used to be there every night with yo escorts guarding the bar .Therefore my question is ,Do you know how many people got covid19 from your bar? Can you account for that as a lawmaker (legislature)? infact they need to investigate you for that cos to me you must have used your position as an mp to operate when no body was allowed to or you must have given some money to kira police to allow you operate which is also corruption.
