When pristin ot10 promotion, kyla didn't get cheer from fans and now promoting as pristin v fans are quiet when its kyulkyung turns. I don't get the point for not cheering the other members. Or its just the matter of stanning only a member and not as pristin.

She's the most popular among other members. This is the fact. In korea a lot of people knows her but autually I don't know why she's not having the scream that much,maybe about the part of the song or anything i don't know.
I don't know what KyulKyung did to the fandom that made her receive no cheers but at least she's still a member of Pristin and Pristin V , I don't want cases like Kyla's to happen again

That is pretty damn arrogant, since forever the bare minimum that makes someone a fan is liking the music, so long as they like the music they can hate all of the members and still be considered a fan. Your second point about singling someone out making it worse is just pointless, because it still falls into my point of people being allowed to choose who to like and who not to like without others (you) telling them they aren't real fans.

its pretty obvious that KK got center position, even when watching the official stage, KK got most of the camera shot, that's proof for her hard work and talent, no matter what the crowd wants, KK got her effort proved
I dont understand why they are doing this to kyulkyung but she didnt leave china and trained for along time to be treated like this! If they are mad because of her scolding trainees in idol producer thats her job! She was hired to mentor and teach them not spoil them with sweet words! Or because they are mad because the choreography center change shes not the choreographer and she was chosen to be the main dancer and center because she was trained long enough to carry that tittle! K-Highs are toxic af, no need to change my mind. First they were awful to poor little kid Kyla and now they're being rude towards Kyulkyung. Both are so charismatic, talented and hard workers, it's so frustrating they're not being supported, someone please teach those guys the real meaning of being a fan.
I'm korean and i love kyulkyung. many of kyulkyung's foreign fans are curious because no one scream for kyulkyung. if you found other stage of pristin v, you can hear fanchats for kyulkyung. search with this keyword '프리스틴v 네멋대로' and idk why there is no fanchats for kyulkyung in this stage. So i searched that reason at twitter, naver, etc but pristin's fans are not hate kyulkyung rather they go crazy with kyulkyung's singing, dancing, appearance. sorry for my bad english.
