Mpox Outbreak Preparedness Plan: Murdock Ramathuba weighs in 

The Border Management Authority says it has put measures in place at all ports of entry to combat the spread of Mpox. The Department of Health has confirmed that three more positive cases have been confirmed, and one death. This brings the total number of cases to 16 since the outbreak last month. Eight cases are in KwaZulu-Natal, seven in Gauteng, and one in the Western Cape. The number of Mpox-related deaths has increased to three.
