This is why we require financial regulation in uganda. Finance repatriation has caused government losses. Some foreign company directors have repatriated more money that required because there is no regulatory. That is why companies will keep collapsing in uganda, the directors don't look at the company growth that they don't put as priority, but extravergant expenditures.

The MPs are too many. No one gets adequate time to submit something substantive. Making noise like in a market ☹️
