MPV vs SUV - Which is better? 

really depends on where you're going. the MPV can't beat the SUV in off-roading but if you're keen on the budget for the family MPV beats the SUV on gas mileage, car maintenance and space clearance. SUVs are known gas guzzlers but these cars are a magnet to the eyes!

more ground clearance means for me: 1. less accessible to the car, 2. less head room for same height, 3. more risk for a higher gravity. What I hate most about SUV is the high ground clearance. But you give a point to that. haha..

Not sure its fair to give mpv a point because it only having japanese options and therefore cheaper maintenance 😅

This isnt a fair comparison...prado isnt focused mainly for 3 row SUV...best to compare against vehicles like....land cruiser,bmw x7,Nissan patrol,lx 570,Kia telluride,Mercedes gls or Hyundai pallisade.
