Amazing review bro!. Again on the same argument on CLS top line being not anymore the 63 but rather the 53 because the car in review now exists. Now the question again why they made an AMG GT53 let alone the 43.?
Hey there, so I’m a big fan of your channel, but anyway, my father watched your review of your glc 63 s (non- coupe) and decided to buy one, we’ve had it for a week now and it’s incredible, the only downside is that the performance exhaust is not an option in our country (South Africa). I myself unfortunately am not part of the amg family and I drive a w204 2013 C 180 coupe which I still love to bits! Anyway keep up the phenomenal work! Regards, Dylan
Congrats on the GLC63S. I'm sure you could always go with an aftermarket exhaust if you want more sound though. C180 coupe is a lovely car, I've had one for about 3.5 years, it's a fun little car.
Daniel Sadjadian thank you very much, unfortunately my dad is quite boring and refuses to do any modifications. I got my c class second hand, and I’ve had it for about 3 weeks. It has 99 000km (61 500 miles) and I no complaints so far! How has your ownership experience been?
Dylan Fisher my ownership experience has been great, no problems at all. I will be selling it soon though, but I’ve throughly enjoyed driving it around. What I love about it is that it’s fairly light, so it has a go kart feel to it.
I just want to leave some appreciation for the team behind RBR. The video quality (especially the effects and the drone shots) is simply astonishing, every of your recent videos is absolute eye candy, you guys deserve way more attention but if you continue this way i'm certain you're gonna get it soon :)

This is a proper car enthusiast channel. Not the average low concentrating teenage 9 min. of hyper active in my face screaming. This has depth, knowlegde, love of cars and very good editing. Bizar that you've got so few subscribers. Keep it up.
I sat in one of these at my local MB dealership today. It had saddle brown Brown interior, 2 tone with some black trim. Wow. What a car! The bucket seats in the back were nice too. Very luxurious and sporty at the same time.
There's only one thing I want to change with the GT 4-door... those RIDICULOUSLY FAKE side vents on the fenders. Otherwise for me personally it would be hard to choose between the E63 S wagon and this. Yes this will GT63 S 4-door will be much more capable, but in the states the the wagon is such a unicorn whereas this will most likely sell more. It's also a great competitor to the Panamera Turbo S. Great detailed video Mr. AMG!
I totally agree although i dont believe its way more capable than an e63s. It just has 28 extra horsepower and rear wheel steering. But the base is an e63 so yea. I agree with these freaking awful fake side vents but i also thing the rear of the car is kind of weird

I agree. You hardy find car reviewers who give a night time perspective experience of a car especially when theses new cars have so much lighting to show off.
On a side note, it's more important to have winter tyres than 4WD if you're planning on driving on icy conditions. Greeting from Germany where it's mandatory to have winter tyres on during winter and the difference is massive.
@mazim Because Aberdeen is in Scotland, he mentions this at the beginning of the vid. Besides where else could he possibly be looking at such magnificent scenery :)
@mazim No worries, i'm pretty sure it's at a place called Fasque Castle. Apparently the engineering brains behind the car is a Scot called Drummond Jacoy hence why the launch is in Scotland :)
How is it that you only got 74k Subscribers? This is by far the best channel with car Reviews. Your videos are perfect in all aspects, from the approach to the presentation, the content, choice of the cars, and of course the special effect. I love how you keep the videos very detailed and only oriented to the things that we are here to see, whereas other reviews are on things as how to open a window in GT 4 door, or how good windshield wipers are on it. I don’t want that BS! Just want to hear this V8 Symphony.
No doubt you know your AMG, BUT this video is about the most exciting machine the brand has to offer and I bet I would hear ''E63, C63, etc'' times over than the actual car, if I were to count...I appreciate the effort for underlying what a big leap this car represents when compared to other bodies carrying the same engine, yet it shows it itself! Effortlessly, so thank you!
6 months ago we got an S550 and just 2 weeks ago we got an AMG GTC (same color as this car with red top) Don't get me wrong I love both the cars but I wouldn't mind settling for just this! It boggles my mind that people actually fight over BMW vs Audi vs Mercedes. I've rode in Audi's and Beemers but cannot seem to get a grasp of why people think they are the ultimate machines. Maybe its just because I've gotten to used to the Tri-star brand.
@@rijulranjan8514 aren't Mercedes cars around $10,000 more expensive if not more than its competitors ex. s class and e class so realistically you are paying more for the Merc than you are for the bmw
Top notch video as usual!! This car is the best thing out there (e63s being the king before this got released).. Edit: Show some night shots!! Headlights, taillights, interior lighting!! Maybe even trunk lighting at night.
Love this car, it's so much more than just a rebadged CLS63. I'm glad they decided to call it a 4 door GT, since I'm sure it's going to be really capable on track. I remember driving the E63S on track and I was amazed at how capable it was, this must be on another level.
Sofiane Emziane you got me the wrong way round lol. I absolutely ADORE MercedesAMG, always have and always will. As for BMW, I hate their 6 cylinder cars but like their V8 models.
@@DanielSadjadian So you litterly hate the some of the greatest engines ever their inline 6s, bet you have never been in an expensive car from the looks of it. Also the 4 door is really fast second fastest 4 door after the M5 competition.
@@DexxonGamer77 Well I'm a V8 guy, so 6 cylinder engines don't do anything for me. And I have driven plenty of expensive cars, especially AMGs. I do a fair but track driving in my free time and have driven many V8s on track.

Such a beautiful car, I've always been a fan of the Gran Coupe segment the Cls, 6-Series, A7 etc... The Porsche Panamera has always been my fav but this Amg GT63 is terribly gorgeous. My mom was ordering the new CLS53 when I showed her this and she instantly fell in love so she of course immediately optioned one out(with a little input from me), which is great for me because my back account isn't quite set up to purchase my own yet so I'll just drive hers.... Love your channel btw, Great review! 👌💯

7:25 on the Nordschleife is simply outstanding for that car. This car is heavy ! This car is luxurious! This car can fit more than 2 people in it! And still laps the Nordschleife faster than: - the loved 911 GT3 RS 4.0 (7:30) - McLaren MP4-12C 3.8 V8 (7:28) -Lamborghini LP 700-4 (7:25) And is as fast as a Gumpert Apollo Sport (7:24) or 911 GT2 RS (7:24) (previous version). Simply ridiculous. I dont fucking know how they did this.
I just saw one yesterday and was all like “ what is this thing? Is this a GT with 4 doors?” It looks like Panamera just got a new challenger. But with the starting price of 150k€ it’s a bit over the top to be more mass viable.

This model will be released on the Australian market mid-year. Waiting for my test drive in the Edition 1. Have put some money down in anticipation. At £121k base in the UK, that seems reasonable compared with a whopping AU$375,000 base, although this figure includes all taxes and on-road fees. Great review thanks Raz.
Simply amazing! I am becoming a big fan of Mercs...although can't afford one...I wish they made the front badge 3D looking like a trophy or on those old sailing ships.
Nice video - thank you. Good to see the AMG Drive Unit steering wheel buttons are available with the beige interior. In the DOG, at least USA version, they are verboten with that interior. Agree stupid to have beige carpet, sills, steering wheel and boot... should be black for sure!
I think this is my absolute favorite car, but you need better cameras to make the video even better. Other than that, keep it up . I am waiting to see your car as well btw. Please make a video with it as soon as u get it . And congratulations for it.
It has been almost a year since you got your own GT63S - How do you like it? I got mine last August, not driving it for the winter and cant wait to get it out on the road again.
I'd go for a MB over BMW. Here in the UK many BM engines have had to be replaced in relatively new vehicles, especially in the X5's. The drivers seat bolsters tend to sag quickly in the BMs and the leather loses its form much quicker than in MB's.
Maybe you could do in future kind of comparison of CLS 53 and GT 4door 43. Pricewise, the CLS 53 looks more expensive than this basic GT 4door 43. But CLS looks better for me - it's smaller, maybe lighter (didn't check).
I hate how the CLS is almost obsolete because they’re making the others look so much like it... BUT... this is my new fav Merc they’ve made. Saw a black one with red interior, with a red & black steering wheel on another channel. So so sexy.
