I saw them open for Rush twice in 1990 and 1992 respectively. If you want to see Billy do a bass solo, check out the live version of Addicted to That Rush. No power tools necessary to blow your mind on that one.
@@leemiracle6840 Roll the Bones was the last tour, that I saw them with an opener (Mr. Big). I didn't get to see the Counterparts tour because they didn't come to Denver, and I didn't have the means to travel out of state to see them. So I don't know who opened for that tour, if anyone. (I want to say that Primus was the support act on that tour, but between the 3 decades, multiple concussions and copious amounts of THC consumed in said decades, I could be mistaken. ) To my recollection the 1st tour to not have an opening act was Test For Echo where they did the entire 2112 first side.
