I watched a Flea video yesterday, and this just confirms how Trevor Dunn is just on another level to him.

Yes it does. I think Flea is a bit overrated. He has one schtick that he relies on. He does have great melodic ability. But Dunn puts more layer and texture into one measure than Flea does on an album. This album is to me THE greatest album. Nothing’s Shocking is close. Milestones is right there, with Houses of the Holy. What other albums take you on a trip that seems at once too quick and overflowing with expression? Like you want more songs, but know that more could ruin it. Then every other album on the planet sounds one dimensional. One thing about the greats. They ruin it for the rest.
