I think his verse is meh 🫤 and always have, tough to follow Wayne spazzing in his prime, “blind eyes could look at me and see the truth, wonder if Stevey do, flyer than beetle juice beetle juice beetle juice” he worked in a stevey wonder/beetlejuice reference that doesn’t even rhyme and it’s one of the dopest parts/lines in the song, just my personal opinion, the song borderline ends after Wayne’s 2nd verse 🫡
“ and I swear on everything when I leave this earth, it’s gonna be on both feet, never knees in the dirt….” The realest shit he said in this song and one of the realest shit ever.
"Man, I got Summer hatin' on me 'cause I'm hotter than the sun Got spring hatin' on me 'cause I ain't never sprung Winter hatin' on me 'cause I'm colder than you all And I would never, I would never, I would never fall I'm being hated by the seasons So fuck you all who hatin' for no reason" That's one hell of a verse🔥
saw this live.. after waiting 2 hours for weezy to hit the stage all you hear is: "i heard you were looking for me" *mr carter beat drops* fucking epic
@@LionHeart_. i think you didn't understand what i said. You said Jay Z has nothing on Wayne, which is ridiculous, then i told you to check his music suggesting that you're clueless, and then you replied with the same thing 😅 you also said something about being biased while saying Wayne is a better lyricist than Jay Z which is literally based on you being biased and also not knowing Jay Z's discography at all. I think I'm done here.
This is some of the best music in many years, if ever, i want to thank LIL WAYNE for all the GREAT stuff he has put out from the beginning. Hoping we get to hear a lot more!!!!
Weezy's wordplay is AMAZING. Out of this world. That's what makes him in the goat conversation. Just look at the first verse. Rhyme schemes are good, but nothing impressive. The impressive thing is that he plays with word and syllables creating double meaning sentences and hidden messages. Amazing. Love it

It truly was clever that they were able to incorporate their last names into the project and it helped to make the song a success but, what made the song iconic was the way Jay passed the torch to Wayne and as hot as Wayne was at that time, he was humble and grateful to accept the torch from probably one of his biggest idols who shared the same last name. Many of the new or current rappers should humble themselves and give props to those who paved the way for them as well.
This song should have way over 1 million likes… one of his best songs ever plus mine. Love you king 🤴🏾 Mr Carter. Much love. This Queen 👸🏽 will remain a die hard fan😎 👏🏾💪🏾✌🏾
