Kumar Varun,a better actor than a standup. I guess since he has worked in corporate, he can resonate that emotion perfectly. His boss, we have seen before in Rocket Singh & is fabulously brute as usual. Great nostalgic feel of a corporate job culture when watching this series.

I was managing a team; & boys from my team were known to be notorious in the office parties. Once in the office event, there were limited coupons distributed ... obviously my team was upset. The party was held at a resort out of town. What someone from our team did was unique. We contributed & got a full boot of SUV, liquor purchased for the team. Our party was going on till late night 2am with music played out of SUV speakers in the resort parking. It was few years back, & still have that photo of our great team. Gone are those days ... Oh BTW ... that logo should be enlarged to 31.57%.

I was a boss of 7. I had kept things light. No authoritative commanding tone & no aggressive or condensending voice. I urged them to come up & speak anything with me. They came up with my managing issues first then, they came up with their personal issues as well. I never had to proved by others about "who's the boss". Once I called them for a party. They showed up with booze on their own. They didn't allow me to pay a single penny for food even. After that, Everytime they had a party, they never forgot to invite me. It's the gesture of appreciation that makes me happy. Here's what that goes for being a good boss. Don't be inhumane. All people are as important as my boss. People live miserable lives & lack self-esteem. I study them, I make them move on from their fears & help them see the bigger picture. I give them confidence. I make them able to sustain in the society. I never trash talk at the heat of the moment. Rather, I choose to say things in a moderate way. I take time to understand (empathy) them. I value my subordinates. That attitude got reflected. And now, they value me.

This is called hip and dip party. Last minute saved by the phone call. Well written and saved himself The boss from embarrassment.😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞
