Im glad im not the only one who was disappointed when Mr. Ditkovich didnt appear there, it would've been perfect! Hell even just a "Rent!!!" In the background in the beginning of the scene would have worked, though i do understand it would've ruined the "vibe" of the scene, i really hope the actor who plays Mr. Ditkovich returns for the next Spidey movie as Peter's landlord, like that'd be perfect! If J. Jonah Jameson can be played by J.K. Simmons in every universe as a sort of "Multiversal Constant" than why not Mr. Ditkovich?!
