Mr Jefferson's Deleted Scene (Life is Strange: Episode 3 Unused Content) 

Again, THIS ISN'T A THEORY, this is a video I put up in two days (trying to make sense out of all the voice lines, they were in a random order) to let you hear a scene that was supposed to happen before Max discovered her Focus ability.
