When judging its not just one on one and when comparing you can see the width and shape closer to jay by branch than dexter and the sheer size diffrence is also there but what was most impressive was the conditioning and grainines

You’re right! Dexter was a Legend in his time, but bodybuilding has evolved into a meatier type of athlete instead of the trimmed down type that he was famous for.

100% agree, also no shame on anyone in that top ten list whatsoever BUT!!!! the Japanese competitor is not the 10th Best pro bodybuilder in the world I don't know how he made the top ten and Yes Victor Martinez got robbed.. the Top 5 was fairly accurate at Wolf being 5th.. etc... Dexter Jackson had just dethroned JAY CUT fairly recently and he looked sharp in 2010.. Phil Heath Looked good but u can see the changing of the guard litteraly was coming and in 2011's Mr "O" it became an all knew show of younger competitors in that top ten list HOWEVER !!!! ONCE AGAIN the Japanese competitor made a strong showing at the 2011 Mr. "O" and did better than some guys that are really good body builders Like Roelly winkler and some others.. so I don't know all the factors that the judges score on or what they see to have some pro's edge out other pro's. but when u Narrow down the top 5 it's usually pretty clear and fair.. but #6? who was that guy? how did he beat Victor Martinez? i'll never fully understand the judges criteria.

Superior in what way? Jay is in significantly better condition. He's also obviously destroying Health in muscularity. Really wasn't close. Honestly if Jay didn't get injured and maintained this shape he could've easily taken 2-3 more Sandows.

@@mikebird5148 2010 Phil wasn’t winning shit with that bloated and soft midsection. It hurts him a lot in the front and side poses and also accentuates his clavicle narrowness. He’s definitely not winning AT over Cutler, or ST again due to the gut (Cutler’s execution of the pose is also superior). Phil’s MM and SC are overrated mostly due to his undersized chest and the poor midsection.

@@M.J.D.R Narrow AF in the Front Relax (especially next to Jay) and ninja turtle abs. Jay has the best side relax poses of all time and thus easily wins them both. Phil only really wins the back relax pose. Hence, Jay wins 3/4 poses of the symmetry round.

Definitely not Jay had the best overall Physique.

Jay deserved this win he was Big and also cut... u gotta give props to a guy like Jay who battled RONNIE COLEMAN for those hard years were Ronnie was unbeatable for many years in a row.. JAY was the man who always seemed to go TOE TO TOE with Big Ronnie coleman hardly anyone can say they continuously got 2cd to Big Ron in the Mr "O" except Jay cut... JAY deserved this win and for the 4 "MR "O" Trophy's Jay Got, those those were really hard earned he even Lost one year to the Blade then came back the following year and RE TOOK THE SANDOW!!! that dude had Heart as well as talent. Jay, Phil heath, Big Ronnie coleman, Dexter jackson, man oh man some excellent athletes for sure.
