Cool, Samson is a monster! Different training (all in superset) than usual, focused on the latissimus dorsi. From my analysis, an extremely voluminous workout (according to his needs) in which he sought to stretch at all times. Training based on studies being applied in practice to professional individuals. Let's see if this approach will bring him greater width at Olympia. Come on, Samson! Fan of Brazil! 👊🏼

Smason i suggest to showing more muslce on the vids you know, for the views and also maybe some new angles ? raw sets or some liek that because when the camera is always moving it looks like a comercial not a traning vid
