I think it’s more a technique issue, she tends to overwork her voice, which leads to it her being slightly weak vocally (Weak by mamamoo standards, if it were any other group would be different)

I can only imagine how tired her voice must be...

i think what they meant was hwasa sounds out of breath, which i think for me is partly part of her singing style which is so airy and harder (her techniques in singing is mixed head+chest) plus her health because she has the most hectic sched 🥺
