Tbh just by watching the performance we can tell that they were singing live. It’s actually really easy to see wether someone is lip syncing or not. In the stage performance you can here their vocals are not perfect and you can hear a lot of breathing which is good because that’s how we know they sing live and by I mean not perfect is that it doesn’t sound exactly like the audio not like it’s not good or anything like they literally sound amazing. I’m not even tryna be biased but I swear seventeen is one of those groups who deliver live vocals the best imo.
they actually improved a lot from the early days. vernon and mingyu never used to sing this good and even joshua/jeonghan/woozi were not as good at high notes as they are now. i'm so proud of them because finding the time to improve so much even through all their busy schedules is very admirable.
Plus In their trainees days, they always trained singing hard. I mean really hard. They need to jog/run while singing, they need to do athletes routine to improve their stamina etc so... That's why theyre so good at singing live and performing despite having harsh choreos.
they sound so stable 😩 this is why svt is such an awesome group, they can do everything!! minghao's high notes are hsusgaha and i love wonwoo's deep voice, jun having more lines, vernon SINGING!!! dk being a vocal king, and every single member
Everyone has to admit that SEVENTEEN are the best when in comes to singing live with a complicated choreography. They've been acing it for 6 years now, and only continuing to improve.
mingyu's first verse is so on pit that you can't actually tell that it's not the backtrack...same goes with the other members though... they are actually the best in the industry when it comes to performance and vocals
you can really tell how much work they put into this comeback, their vocals are much more stable and their ranges have gotten much bigger; very proud of them :)
svt vocals are chef's kiss, gift to the whole galaxy and a total masterpiece. I mean SVT are THE MASTERPIECE. yes thank you for listening to my tedtalk.
