A dude can commit 100 crimes and get punished for one as long as he has money to travel. Authorities should be able to identify a fkn pattern that indicates that he shouldn't be let out with the same sentence as a one time offender. They literally had picture evidence of the REPEATED crimes. Giving him the same sentence as a 1 time offender is beyond fucked. That's a clear flaw within the justice system. "The crime wasn't committed on our soil" is the most braindead thing I've ever heard. What this basically means is if you commit 100s of crimes in different countries you'd be punished for the grand total of 1 crime. There's no reason why the justice system can't fix that.
