Mr Tanaka's Plant Shop | The Sims 4 Speed Build 

I got the vibe that the lady in the video was Mr Tanaka's wife and, after she passed, he decided to turn their home into a place full of new life and peace with selling plants (her hobby). That music had my ass tearing up at the end and I'm so here for his healing journey

Seeing nostalgic builds like this make me wish more and more that Selvadorada was a default residential world - would be so wonderful to see more of a take on multi-use buildings in Latin America - so many of my childhood memories in the Dominican Republic were spent at the neighborhood shops where owners would live in the back and on the second floor! The stores themselves ended up feeling more like a living room where the community would come out to drink, play dominoes, and generally socialize. This is a great build!

Gorgeous little shop, it looks like something that could be in the downtown area where I live. That gives me an idea, you said you will be going to Henfod-On-Bagley, in the Let's Build the Worlds series, maybe you can put this there or make one similar to it. Make a little main street with all those little shops in the center of town, with farms on the outskirts, and a little fishing cabin in the far corner next to the falls. You can model it after a small town in Cornwall if you want to. I can imagine meeting my friend Joy there. It will be a lot of fun.

I made a pick your own produce shop with that mod. It's really cool. Sims pick their own stuff and pay you and leave. At the end of the day I closed and then picked the rest of the stuff to sell in Henford. I also had them arrange flowers and they sold really quickly in the shop

Her live in retail system only works on craftable items. It doesn’t work like the regular retail system.

YEEES LEGACY!

I love watching your build because I swear I learn some new technique every time. If you don't mind my asking, how do you get the objects to rotate smoothly? The only mannerism of doing it that I can find says I have to use ALT while in Sims 3 Camera mode which just seems silly.
