In this video we travel through the beatiful landscape of Saxony by the "Mitteldeutsche Regiobahn". The route via cities like Plauen, Zwickau, Chemnitz and Freiberg leads us past various forests, fields and valleys and over some bridges of breathtaking height. And all that with a moderate speed of around 100 km/h.
But the best comes for last: in front of Tharandt the train rolls down the steep "Ramp of Tharandt" down to the "Plauenscher Grund", a tight, rocky valley stretching all the way over to Dresden.
Unfortunately the train was not very comfortable, the seats were very hard.
