Not to defend him, but- That one looked really bad, but if you read the meat of it it boiled down to "don't give up if someone doesnt give permission to film at a site. Go to their boss, or the bosses boss, or a different branch. Don't give up on the first no." Which honestly is advice plenty of people could use.

@@calebwilliams586 No, it isn't. It's incredibly unprofessional. And, considering it even talked about DM'ing the workers on twitter through Mr Beast's account, it gets really slimy. That isn't some "Never give up" mantra, it's teaching people to be a nuisance and that as long as you get it, it's a by all means necessary approach.

This is something I examined during my time in University (Middle East & War Studies). Sleep deprivation as a form of torture is no joke, the long term psychological and physiological effects are severe, long term there’s a strong causal link between sleep deprivation and a number of conditions including development of depression, PYSD, psychosis, suicidal ideation, short term memory, the list goes on. Horrifying.

He’s still out there btw. Because he’d skip states every time there was violence or law breaking, I could never pin down a single thing he did in the eyes of the law. I have recordings from him confessing and being haughty about how horrible he was to me, I have endless pictures of bruises and black eyes / broken nose, etc. fuck the police and fuck the system for not having anything to deal with long term or “not law breaking *exactly* since you *technically* consented to it” abuse. I never wanted anything that happened to me. Neither did this man in the video. I remember being spoken to by the state attorney who comforted me while I sobbed and said “we don’t have proper laws for long term psychopathic/narcissistic abusers, especially across state lines, and I’m so sorry.” I still cannot sleep right at night, almost 2 years later since getting free. I still have nightmares and panic attacks day in and day out. He didn’t stop trying to contact me until recently I finally stepped up and had to say “a judge will let me serve you papers over the internet if you message me again” which was a lie. I couldn’t even get a restraining order, because they cannot find him to serve him. I have a group chat of people now who all want restraining orders and can’t get them. This is an epidemic in the US that NEEDS to be addressed and NEEDS to be stopped. Thank you Phil for shining a light on this

There’s times where I can barely use my hands the next day after certain jobs and that’s with me getting paid like not even a quarter of what that guy got paid, to do what run on a treadmill, which he agreed to do regardless of how pressured he felt to do its almost like how I have two children and I have to provide for them so regardless of the fact that my hands are almost immobile, I still have to go to work and do it over and over again point is you don’t see me crying about it dude your alive and he doesntneed to hold hate towards someone who obviously have way less moral integrity

I'm not sure I'm kind of getting the impression that if you were on Jimmy's good side that the awful challenges were faked and that if you were on his bad side they were more real than anything. The guy in the video stated he was on Jimmy's bad side most of the time and he even wondered why this one time they couldn't fake it for him. Just speculating.
