Yes, Kyle did use his job to find/manipulate victims. Most of his victims only knew him through his work and he would manipulate a few of them into giving him lewd photos of themselves. The woman who tried to confront him was threatened with being blacklisted by him and other creepy looking goons ( include the guy who was the basis of the creepy Jared character from the ppg reboot) due to drawing Invader Zim yaoi. Keep in mind Rebecca Sugar (Steven Universe) drew and acknowledged drawing yaoi of Ed Edd and Eddy characters but they never cared about it because she was apart of the inner circle with a show. And the reason Kyle got so many jobs wasn't based on talent. The American animation industry recycles workers between nearly all the studios so the industry is this very tight crew of 'friends' who hire each other and limit any sort of fresh talent to whom they see as easy to control and morally aligned with them.

I'm just gonna say the Shadbase stuff is internet trolling legend. It was memed into existence. The running gag was someone would make a girl thing popular and shad would make Rule 34 shit out of it. Cosplayers were dressing up as his internet persona ffs. Was this high brow art? No, and its not stuff that anyone would hang up in their house if they were well adjusted, but this was internet gross for the sake of it. Like people who went to goatse, it was internet shock value. The fact he saw shad stuff if you're over 30 is not very surprising. People have seen two girls, one cup. However proudly displaying and thinking its normal is a first. Like showing people pictures of beheadings. You aren't supposed to love internet shock content.
I didn't like Dark City either MARY , but then, BUT THEN, I watched it years later I watched it again after I read more about why it's great. I slept on it for a long while after reading about it. One night I said fuck it, let me watch this based oin what I learned, but only remembering only bits and pieces of what I read about why it was great. So I did, and it was afull on new fillm for me. Then again, maybe I just watched a new version cut of the film if there is one, but I doubt that was it or even exist. I think I just need time for it to brew, see the world around me, put it all together, and then it made sense to the pointing of being pretty pretty good.

And those seeds sprouted and allowed his son to grow into a different being when watered with the “woke mind virus”. It’s a sad story and I feel for him. And I agree that the woke phenomenon is concerning. But Elon is not without fault in this tragic outcome. We all have to be better at planning and placing priorities on what we find most important in life and the playing out of those things in the concert of life accordingly. Everything decision and action we make in life plays out in areas and ways that go beyond our control. It really is like the butterfly flapping it’s wings on one side of the world and causing a major event on the other side some time later. Sorry not sorry for blabbing on too long.
