case 2: should have stated `high anion gap' metabolic acidosis + resp acidosis. Cause of high AG should be ruled out by getting blood sugar, s creatinine and s lactate done at the minimum!
Case 4. Metabolic alkalosis respiratory acidosis. If co2 is predicted by winters formula it value is between 69-73 which is higher than given paCO2. Means respiratory alkalosis.. Plz anyone can reply me
