There is some machines that are open at the sides you don’t feel enclosed I will get one tomorrow and is 45 minutes . You have to do what you have to do .. but that’s why so many places have the open or semi open machines just look for one of those .. I got an MRI in my head few months ago in a totally open chair ..
Gotta get one for a prostate---I'm asking doctor for very STRONG SEDATIVE to get through this---the kind that put me near to sleep. Only way I'll do it. Recently had spinal fusion surgery and had to have 3 of these and said NEVER AGAIN and here I am--and this one seems worse as its not an OPEN MRI and You have to go completely in. Sorry, usually a brave person but this just freezes me and its hard to work through it, so MEDS it must be to do it. Thanks for understanding.
For an Abdominal or Pelvic scan the patient can go in either way. The protocol is set up going in head first but can be switched really easy if the patient prefers that.
@@artisthusnatalal3099 I cried at the beginning 🙈. I did it couple of minutes ago. That's why I'm here to read comments of how people feel during the process. The horrible sound is annoying
Is pelvic MRI with contrast even necessary before the operative hysteroscopy? They saw some polyps during the diagnostic hysteroscopy and im asked to do MRI with contrast but im afraid of the side effects of gandolinium to my body and for my fertility journey (ivf)
Hi , my cardiologist told me that the medication that they use for MRI is totally safe .. I had 4 stent few months ago and he allowed me to take this test .. without risk he said . Don’t worry .. you will be ok just put all your worries in God hands .. that’s what I do .. and works great !! God bless 🕊️
