8:54 are there multiple axial slices taken through the whole muscle length? Concluding no strain in the muscle there would only be at that level though right?
Thank you for the information. I’m learning for myself and have to restart or rewind a lot because it’s fast. I am a massage therapist for over 20 years so somewhat familiar with this but if it’s go EVERYBODY, great info, slow down. I can’t even follow some fast views of a bit of it.
