Hey Friends so It just so happens that I will be doing “Mr. London’s 30 days Hourglass Challenge” as apart of my personal challenge to MAKE A CONSCIOUS EFFORT TO MOVE MY BODY FOR 30 DAYS. I am on Day 9 of my personal challenge and Day 2 of #Mr.London’s Hourglass Challenge.
So far in Day 1-19 I have gone on:
- 2 miles walk #idid2milesaday
- Done FREE at home workouts #freeathomeworkouts
- Walked up several flights of stairs #walkingupstairs
- Tried Chloe Ting Challenge (Lean Arms) #chloeting
- Tired African Dance #afrifitness
- And now... #Mr.London’sHourGlassChallenge
*My point is ladies: you can do anything to move your body. I hope my Channel and my Videos INSPIRES AND MOTIVATES YOU TO BEGIN OR STAY ON YOUR WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY*. You will not know what you are capable of until you try. Sending you love and positive vibes Friends.

We all know the bored hunger haha. yesss girl day 11, this is so motivational! Wow barefoot jump rope you are brave! I would hit my feet haha. keep it up!

Love the jump roping I have been seeing it lately, u are so strong and I'm so happy for you, yasssssss u did it, and break is very needed, can imagine me doing everything you did omg, sadly I didn't join you but I will definitely be doing mine wen I'm mentally and physically ready 😌 I believe soon, 😍😍👍

Totally agree that planks with hip-dips are murderous! (I'm not doing the same challenge, but those are in the workout I follow too, and I've yet to find a way to make that movement flow.)
