And same thing happening in Germany, a kid was taken from the parents and given to another parent in Germany for the same reason by saying that kid was actually being mistreated by the actual parent. And parent have been denied for meeting the kid. Can you believe this?😞

Oh god it's scary to think something like this can happen to anyone or anywhere. When someone snatches a person or child that you love.. one would do anything within their power. I watched it on Netflix and I had tears and anger and my bp went up.. OM FG! The fact it was based on Sagarika in 2011.. The movie revealed alot and shocking to think that it happened to her for real . The movie is 10/10 Rani deserves a national award it was too good

Because the system is so wrong in Norway and Since 2015, the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg has dealt with 40 child protection cases against Norway. But remember this also happens to ethnic Norwegians, and many Norwegians are simply afraid of the children's welfare in Norway, and therefore many people in Norway are afraid to have their children in kindergartens or schools because of the slightest negative remark from them to the children's welfare then the children are taken away from their families even today in 2023

Still one case of going on in Germany, our pleads are putting on deaf years

It's a true story man. And happened in 2011. What these goras think of Indians that we are primitive. Indians have a rich culture. Which these goras miss in their lives. Becoz their moms get divorced and these gora children go in foster home. And not like a normal Indian home.

That was 11 yrs ago. Google and read about it. It was horrendous.

Ir was also a case with rumunian famyli, they tok six children. It was a mistake. All children are back. This family lived Norway same time children were back to family. I’m glad to see this film. As a mother that leaves in Norway it, this sistem, realy scarry me.

General comment. Countries of Germany, Bharat and Norway are irrelevant as is the race of the parents who are Indian. The main focus here is Child Law and what is in the best interests of the child. Due to her age, the child is under the legal responsibility of the parents but because of evidence the child has been taken away and is now under the responsibility ultimately of the relevant Court / dept in Germany. Ive seen so much propaganda about this case, involving Modi, Boycott Germany and lots of other USELESS methods to gain empathy from the public most of whom will obviously 'react' in favour of the parents, claiming that Germans are racist against Indian etc and that the Governments should get involved. None of these gimmicks will help. In fact in my legal opinion too much damage has already been done to the parents' case. The main focus here is the little girl who cannot speak for herself and which the German authorities have to prioritise despite the backlash from the public. No legal system in any country is influenced by the public. Clients must always remember that when the law is involved they must act and speak with respect and in context without emotion to be heard and taken seriously. There is a lot of emotional behaviours which casts some doubt. A real case has to follow a real process with facts and dates and witnesses and evidence. NOTHING ELSE WILL HELP. The parents must get someone to manage social media urgently with proper legal guidance. I strongly suggest that all photos of the child are removed or covered up as a matter of urgency. She has her entire future ahead of her and people are risking great harm to her in public and psychologically by having her identity revealed - and now theres a movie - what the hell are people selfishly thinking? Are Germans the only people visibly protecting the child? I wish the little girl and her family compassion to fight through this difficult time but in the end I wish the best for the little girl under the Child Laws of the land and always what is in the best interests of the girl. This is a very difficult area of law to get 100% all of the time. 🙏🏽
