I have a spreadsheet where I want to keep track of a number in a lot of cells and how many times the number appears. Also When the number appears i want it to go back to 0 and start the count again until the number pops back up. Can excel do that?

Doubt- Oce we use "countblank" function on a large dataset and found that there are suppose 3 cells which are empty. How can I go directly to those cells which it has counted just to verify that I have left them blank knowingly or some data got deleted by mistake? It'll be very useful if you can answer this doubt.
