Hey yub, about the hand and the eye, Mr tomatos and ms lemons are connected, so basically you'll have to go back to mr tomatos get 10 anger and then grab the hand and eye that you can feed mr tomatos. After that you can go back to ms lemons and reset the game, and everything will be normal again. And yub, the artifacts are very useful, the hourglass of time will stop the clock occasionally, so you have lots of time to answer, so it is kind of like the hammer, but it isn't a 1 time use.
