One of my favourite parts is the love their family has for each other. You can really tell they love each other immensely. I honestly believe that Ms Marvel is the best character that Marvel has.
I was really expecting her to run into her grandmother, and it turning out that it was her that put out the stars, kind of like in Harry Potter when it turned out he was the one who sent the patronus to himself.
Kareem/Red Dagger and Ms. Marvel had a thing for each other in the comics, I shipped them there and now in the show. The chemistry and dynamic between them is just as electrifying
This is an amazing show and a GREAT reaction and commentary from you which is insightful and humorous. Just subscribed to your channel. Keep up the great work as always.
the gun came from Stark Industries, you could see it being added into War Machine's weapon when he used it against Wanda in Civil War... you could see the weapon in other mcu movies too but I can't remember which movie at the moment...
@@NiceyP0123 Tinkerer also had one laying around in Spider-Man Homecoming, even though they never use it (Vulture instead messes up and grabs the similar disintegration gun)
Hi Mellverse. This series is a first watch for me. Good to be watching it with you . Your right we need a back story as well as action. Loving everything about this series and your reaction is so good. Oh the ending always leaving us wanting more . See you on the next episode take care 🎬💜
What you are experiencing with Ms. Marvel is what they did with everyone. Before the MCU Iron Man, Hulk, Thor, etc. Were Marvel's D-list characters. No ome cared about them. However, Marvel has a way of highlighting what makes these characters so good and making us love them.
@@HelloMellowXVI the hulk was an exception in the comics, he was the only top comic characters in the universe for a long time. Everyone else was pulled from obscurity basically
Whoever is saying this show is boring is missing the point. These shows have action for sure, but the real impact for the characters come from those individual moments. Building the character up through dialogue, through self reflection etc. these are just as important as anything else. They’re just not used to a tv show giving us more background that films aren’t allowed to do in their short run time
Every Disney+ MCU show has been accused of being boring to some degree because people miss the point. They're character-driven stories. I feel like I know Moon Knight better than Steve Rogers even with all his films
@@JBWinter right!!!! Thank you!! Like I love Thor, Cap and Tony. But by nature of the films I didn’t fully care about Thor until age of ultron, I didn’t fully understand cap until winter soldier, I didn’t relate to Natasha until ultron, etc. that’s not to say the movies before didn’t do a good job setting those characters up and having good stories. But there needs to be more time for plot so they sacrifice a character living in the space. The fact that Hawkeye made me cry for a man who can’t communicate with his son in three episodes when previously I wouldn’t have cared? Or Sylvie made me sob because I’ve seen lokis story and now see her trying to be different and getting forced into exile because of it? Yes theyre tv shows with flaws like every other form of media, but they’re meant to be like a six issue run of a comic. Not grand giant stories but sweeping character studies so when they eventually team up I care. When someone dies I care. It took me watching wandavision to cry at pietros death of rewatch. That says something
@@JBWinter their are video that explain why ms marvels eps 4 and 5 took a dip in quality. The first 2 were great but eps 4 and 5 have been terrible imo.
I enjoyed this series more than I expected. It's not the greatest but it is not terrible. The cast is fantastic and the story is very interesting. The art direction and how they show texts is fire. It's not my favorite but it's a fun ride.
Nice reaction The last part got me in almost in tear Honestly I don’t know what to expect for the next episode The the djinn stuff was fixed . the subject, the implications was problematic in a culture aspect also in religion aspect because Djinn are considered very real in Islam, same level as angels. Suleiman Idris Ahmad wrote in this comment This by word by word what they wrote in the comment “Just know that a significant number of people (Muslims) believe in something similar to this. A hidden world of other creatures existing along with our own. Just we can't see them. But they see us. They have a lot of abilities and they live for long. Three major creations of Allah Angels (light), Djinns (fire), and Humans(Earth)”.
Also, random, but I feel like Kamala and Kate Bishop are gonna be BFFs. They have a similar vibe and I think they would play off each other well (particularly across from Yelena...them being both so American and Yelena learning and rolling her eyes).
The guy giving directions was probably not as fluent in english as other people who may have family in English-speaking countries. But I can also understand why you would think that
LOL that wasn't mustard. That was wasabi, Japanese horseradish. Yeah, it will take your head off if you're not careful. I'm from Vancouver, Canada and Japanese food is hugely popular here. Wasabi is not for the faint of heart. You're supposed to mix a little in with your soya sauce in the little dish they give you at the restaurant. It cuts a bit of the heat, but it still tastes nice. I've seen people try to eat it straight with disastrous consequences. South Asian food is really popular here too. I practically live on curries, pakoras (fritters - veg, chicken or fish), vindaloo, biryani (rice dish) and butter chicken. Sometimes I just get some veggie pakoras and dip them in mint chutney or butter sauce for a snack. I need to maintain my cumin intake.
Please react to the 10 part mini-series Band of Brothers and The Pacific both are incredible WW2 series that play out the memoirs of real WW2 veterans that lived it. They are inspiring and are something that everyone should watch.
Lmao so just because I like a show that you don't like, means my reactions are fake? Are you serious? Did you think before commenting such a dumb comment? Me and you are two different people, of course we're going to like different things...
Not as many as you’d think…people on the internet are honestly a small margin of fans. This show and this episode are being praised by a lot of people, even if you aren’t seeing it.
@@Tronx431 did the comment sound mad to you? My apologies. Just telling ya that the show, and the episode as I said in my comment, is getting a lot of praise. It’s some peoples favorites, but not everyone’s cuz it’s a different style then the other three.
Dude they used the space, that’s literally it. Y’all like to use meh and mid as descriptors when you have no actual complaints you just personally don’t like it. It’s a great show, even if it’s not to your tastes
@@leiasdad9437 I'm no purist, but I feel they veered too far away from the comics. It all feels cluttered, too many illogical leaps in the story. And it looks, apologies, cheap. This is the first time where I've watched an episode and hoped it would end.
Not the best, but I love it. I think most of my issues with it stem from the pacing, which is understandable since 6 episodes is too few for what they were going for with a superhero that's completely new to the MCU.
